Position Overview
We are pleased to offer this opportunity due to both a new opening and an existing vacancy within our service department. We are currently seeking a skilled 310S Certified Service Technician to become part of our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong interest in automotive maintenance and repair, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to every customer. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of repairs and maintenance services on Toyota vehicles while maintaining high-quality workmanship and meeting service timelines.

• Diagnose vehicle problems accurately and recommend appropriate repairs or part replacements.

• Ensure all repair and maintenance work follows safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.

• Keep the work area clean, safe, and well organized.

• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers regarding vehicle conditions and recommended services.

• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, repair methods, and Toyota service updates.

• Assist customers by addressing vehicle concerns and answering technical questions when required.

• Complete all work orders and service documentation accurately within the CDK system.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician Certification.

• At least two years of experience as an automotive technician, ideally within a dealership environment.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify and repair issues efficiently.

• Solid understanding of automotive systems, including mechanical, electrical, and computerized components.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• A valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
