Our Brantford location is looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive performance, and uphold the standard of excellence Strickland’s is known for. This job position is opened due to an existing vacancy.
Your Impact
As Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the dealership’s overall success. You’ll lead with strategy, vision, and integrity empowering department heads, supporting your teams, and ensuring every customer experience is second to none.
What You’ll Do:
Provide strong leadership across the Sales and Finance departments, with direct involvement in appraisals, selling, and deal support.

Build, mentor, and support a high-performing management and sales team through clear expectations and ongoing coaching.

Set goals, monitor performance, and hold the team accountable for consistent and timely follow-up on all leads.

Champion an exceptional guest experience throughout the entire sales process.

Represent the Strickland’s brand with integrity while adapting to market changes and driving continuous improvement within the store.
What You Bring:
Proven track record in automotive dealership management (3+ years preferred).
Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.
High volume sales experience is an asset.
High ethical standards and a hands-on leadership style.
Valid OMVIC license and a clean driver’s abstract.
